An-Najah News - Today, Thursday, an apartment building collapsed in Egypt, in the city of Mit Ghamr in the Dakahlia Governorate, killing at least 3 people. Also, 15 people were injured when two trains derailed in northern Egypt.

The director of Dakahlia Security, Raafat Abdel-Baath, said that the security services received news about the incident, as a result, three bodies have been lifted from under the rubble and taken to the hospital, and search is on for dead or injured people trapped under the rubble of the building.

In a separate incident, two trains jumped the track, injuring 15 people with slight to medium wounds, and the death cases were not reported.

The National Authority for Egyptian Railways stated in a statement, that the accident occurred "where the train was loaded with passengers in the renewal area, near the Minya al-Qamh station (a city belonging to the Sharkia governorate in the Nile / North Delta)."
