An-Najah News - Today, Sunday, 3 people were killed and 3 others wounded, in a shooting attack near the "Evanston Pan Cake" restaurant in Chicago, and the police managed to kill the attacker.

 

Officials confirmed that a man suspected of shooting 6 people, 3 of them were killed, including a student at the University of Chicago, near Howard Street and Western Avenue.

 

The man, who was shot dead by Evanston Police during a fire exchange fire, was identified by Chicago Police Chief David Brown, 32-year-old Jason Nightingale, who was suspected in three fatal shooting operations in Chicago's South Side.

 

One of the victims, a 30-year-old man, who is  a student at the University of Chicago, according to the university administration.

 

In addition, the attacker is suspected of stealing a car, shooting and injuring an 81-year-old woman, a 77-year-old woman, and a 15-year-old girl.
