An-Najah News - The International Labor Organization released a report on their expectations on the global market and the economic crisis that this pandemic will trigger. 

The report, that was released on April 7, said that economic recession caused by the novel coronavirus, will lead to the loss of 6.7% of the working hours in the second-half of the world in the year 2020, which equals 195 million full-time job. 

They also expected in their report, that the lay-offs will spike in the Arab countries, that's to say, 5 million full-time employees. However, the rates are expected to be higher in Europe of about 12 million full-time employees. In additon to Asia and the Pacific Ocean, that rates are expected to reach 125 million full-time employees. 

The International Organization affiliated to UN, says that health crisis which plague the world, will have a great impact on the economical level and the social level on all social classes, especially people with avarege income. 

The report also says, that the most affected sectors are going to be the residental service, food, processing industries, retail trade, business activities and administrative activities.
