An-Najah News - The international press reported that "Facebook" comapany enables the users of Instegram and Facebook to develop a new technique that allows them to hide the number of "likes". 

According to what was reported by " Mark Watch" website, "Facebook" said that this new technique is seeking to remove a great deal of tension the users experience of collecting the number of likes to measure self-worth and popularity.

Facebook explained that it is currently testing the new technique on about 0.49% of random users who are not keen in seeing the number of likes on their posts.

However, the feature of likes and comments will remain available, and all what will disappear is the number of likes your post gets.

Facebook stated in a statement: " some users found it beneficial, but others still want to see the numbers to be able to follow-up what is popular".
