An-Najah News - Twitter decided to stop its direct messages (DM) service that was used by users in many countries of the world.

The company indicated that stopping this service in several countries came to protect users ’accounts from being hacked, without referring to the countries in which it was stopped.

The company said in a tweet on its official website: “We want to continue to keep the accounts safe, we have seen weaknesses in the DM service, so we have stopped receiving tweets through it in many countries except for some of them. Users will still be able to access the DM service to log in and manage accounts.”
