Joan Laporta, president of Barcelona, revealed the Catalan club's plan for the current summer Mercato.

"The club will work on 3 or 4 more deals," Laporta said, in statements highlighted by the Spanish newspaper, Mundo Deportivo.

"We're going to create a very competitive team. We're already doing that with Eric Garcia, Aguero and Emerson, and there are players who are about to move."

"Last week, someone ran away from us," Laporta added, referring to Georginio Wijnaldum's move to Paris Saint-Germain.

He continued: "After speaking with Koeman 3 times, I saw that we can work together, collaborate and agree on many more things, than we can disagree on."

Laporta added: "I am happy and I do not like to suffer or make people suffer, and maybe Ronald for a while was uncomfortable, and so am I."
