An-Najah News - Nablus - Trainer Jihad Al-Qawasmi finished a number of championships, arbitration courses and training sessions in kickboxing and taekwondo held electronically "remotely" through social media sites. As under these conditions of the Coronavirus pandemic the clubs stopped working and training, a number of national federations, led by the Palestinian kickboxing Union headed by Master Samir Athamneh, decided on launching a group of activities remotely via video recordings to stimulate players and coaches and encourage them to continue training. Among these activities, Al-Qawasmi participated in the Palestine Show Shadow Kickboxing Championship with the participation of 210 players from all age groups and won seventh place after contesting the championship finals with approximately 60 players in its class as Shadow Kick Boxing is a visual fight with some virtual opponents, and it is considered one of the important exercises in kickboxing because of its role in improving skills, speed, reaction and concentration of the player.

Al-Qawasmi also participated in the Arab Championship for Shadow Kickboxing, which was organized by the Arab kick-boxing federation with the participation of 593 players from 15 Arab countries. In addition, he participated in the National Arbitration Course for kickboxing that was held through the "Zoom" technique where a number of Palestinian international referees explained the arbitration law in the matches that are approved by the International Federation (Waco) and how to calculate points and warnings in the match with the participation of nearly 40 referees from the inside and the diaspora. Finally, Al-Qawasmi concluded these posts in the Palestine International Tournament for Aerial Combat Taekwondo organized by the Palestinian Taekwondo Federation with the participation of 23 Arab and foreign countries.

Also, Al-Qawasmi is one of the new coaches who seeks to develop himself as a coach for kickboxing and taekwondo, he intends to study a number of sports specializations such as fitness and personal training held in different colleges of physical education in the hope that he will be a distinguished international coach in the near future.
