An-Najah News - The White House said in a statement that the National Security Adviser of the United States Jake Sullivan expressed in a phone call with his Israeli counterpart Meir Ben Shabat, Sunday, his "deep concern" about the events that took place in Jerusalem in recent days.

 

The White House added, reading the text of the conversation between Sullivan and Bin Shabat, “Mr. Sullivan also reiterated the deep concern of the United States about the possible expulsion of Palestinian families from their homes in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood”.

 

He said that the two "agreed that the rocket attacks and incendiary balloons (launched) from Gaza against Israel are unacceptable and should be denounced", according to him.
