An-Najah News - Today, Monday morning, the Egyptian authorities announced the opening of the Rafah land crossing, for passenger traffic in both directions.

The crossing will be open for a period of 4 days, starting from today until the evening of next Thursday.

Lists of citizens who will be permitted to travel through the crossing have been published, as there are about 7,000 citizens in urgent need to travel.

While there are thousands of stranded people in Egypt and other countries, they have been waiting for the closed crossing to open for months.
