An-Najah News - Today, Monday, settlers uprooted about 60 olive seedlings from Jalud lands, south of Nablus, and stole them.

 

A PA official who monitors settlement activities in the northern West Bank, Ghassan Daghlas, said that a number of settlers from the settlement outpost "Hayah" uprooted 60 olive seedlings from Jalud lands which is located on B areas, owned by Ghassan Khalil Hajj Muhammad, and stole it.

 

He added that this is the second time that settlers uprooted dozens of olive trees within days in the Jalud.

Yesterday, settlers uprooted 130 olive seedlings and stole it in the Shaab al-Kharab area, east of Qusra, south of Nablus, and days before that, the occupation forces committed a massacre on the sixth of this month against 3,000 olive trees in the town of Deir Ballut, west of Salfit, in a clear and systematic targeting of trees by the occupation and the settlers.
