An-Najah News - Israeli settlers have fenced Tuesday Palestinian owned land in the northern Jordan Valley in a bid to eventually take it over and claim ownership, according to witnesses and a local rights activist.
Aref Daraghme, a human rights activist said the settlers were fencing land east of Khillet Makhoul community.
Witness said that groups of settlers, with the presence of the Israeli occupation soldiers, have been active this year in fencing Palestinian land in the Jordan Valley to prevent landowners and farmers from reaching their lands and to eventually take them over.
