An-Najah News -  Egypt's leading Islamic institute Al-Azhar strongly condemned Israeli Jewish fanatic attempted to burn on the Church of Gethsemane in occupied Jerusalem yesterday.

 It said terrorist Israeli groups that commit acts of violence are no less dangerous than ISIS.

Al-Azhar described in a statement today that this arson attempt was “repugnant” and affirmed that it stems from an extremist terrorist ideology based on the hatred of others. 

It also called on the international community to assume its responsibilities to fight terrorism, condemn terrorist acts, and classify them according to a straight standard.
