An-Najah News -  Minister of Health Mai Alkaila announced Sunday that 1927 new coronavirus infections, 16 deaths were recorded in Palestinian areas. The deaths were registered in the West Bank, seven others were reported in the Gaza Strip, while three deaths were registered in occupied East Jerusalem.

She added that 957 recoveries were recorded in Palestine during the last 24 hours.

According to the Health Minister in the Gaza Strip, a total of 738 new cases were registered, while 232 cases were reported in occupied East Jerusalem.

She added that 67 coronavirus patients remain in intensive care, of whom 12 are on respirators.
