An-Najah News -  Prime Minister Mohammed Shtayyeh reiterated during a meeting with the British Consul General Philip  stressed the Palestinian leadership’s position in rejection of all Israeli annexation plans, and the need to exert international pressure on Israel to prevent it from moving forward with its plan.

He confirmed that such a step would destroy the two-state solution and undermine any chances to establish a Palestinian state on the pre-1967 borders and it  needs a clear and formal response from Israel regarding dismissing its plans to annex parts of the Palestinian territories.

He added that any political dialogue  will be under the umbrella of the international community and in accordance with United Nations resolutions.
