An-Najah News - A member of the Medical Association in Jerusalem, Dr. Abdel Salam Abu Libdeh, said that the second wave of the Corona pandemic started early, pointing out that the reason for this was the failure of citizens to adhere to safety measures and not  taking in consideration that this virus is dangerous and it is existed.

He continued in an interview to “Nbc”  TV: During the first wave of the epidemic, there was a greater commitment by citizens to safety measures.Closures during this period is one of the important ways to limit the spread of the virus.

Abu Libdeh added: "Any country in the world whose has large number of  corona cases and the number is increasing rapidly, if the medical team is not provided, its  health system will collapse, because of the huge numbers of infections, so the citizen must have a big and role and effective in order to alleviate the crisis. "

And he talked about the restrictions that the Palestinian doctors in occupied Jerusalem is facing , and how is the Israeli Ministry of Health deals with them.

Abu Libdeh continued: "If a Palestinian doctor wants to perform a corona examination for a person, he must obtain special approval from the Israeli Ministry of Health" first. Therefore, the Palestinian doctor cannot take the exams he wants freely while obliging him to certain places for the tests, and there was a problem in examining many of the Residents of Jerusalem areas.”
