An-Najah News - Nablus - Monday, Palestinians are heading to the Jordan Valley, today, in response to the call by the "Fatah" movement, the PLO factions, and civil society institutions to confront Israel's plans to annex parts of the West Bank.
The gathering is going to be attended by members of the Central Committee of the "Fatah" movement, ministers, faction leaders and dozens of national figures.
In addition to representatives of the international community, headed by the United Nations envoy to the peace process Nikolai Miladinov, the representative of the European Union, and consuls of foreign countries, including the British Consul General, the Chinese ambassador, and the Jordanian ambassador, shall be delivering a speech confirming his country's rejection of the annexation plan.
The "Fatah" movement also called on the Palestinians in the diaspora, especially in Europe, to go head to the American and Israeli embassies, as an expression of their rejection of the annexation plan.
Buses from all the governorates of the West Bank this afternoon are moving to the Jordan Valley, where the mass gathering will take place at 5.00 p.m. today.
