An-Najah News - Four Palestinians were detained today by Israeli occupation police  inside the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in occupied Jerusalem.

Occupation police were escorting a provocative tour by illegal Jewish settlers when they detained Nasser Qous, head of the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS), in addition to Journalist Sondos Oweis  and an Islamic Waqf guard while they were in the courtyards of the Mosque.

Israeli forces also detained a fourth Palestinian after raiding his home in the neighborhood of Silwan in the occupied city.

The Mosque was reopened to worshipers early today morning after it had been shut down for 70 days due to the coronavirus pandemic.
