An-Najah News - Ramallah - The Arab Parliament announced that it monitored the violations committed by the Israeli occupation forces against the defenseless Palestinian people in the occupied Palestinian territories.

The President of the Arab Parliament, Meshaal Al-Salami, announced in a statement issued today, Sunday, that the report issued by the parliament on Israeli violations in the Palestinian territories included killing and injuring of Palestinians at the hands of the occupation forces, the continuation of the siege and restrictions on freedom of movement in the occupied Palestinian territories, arrest and the practice of torture and other types of inhuman treatment, annexation and seizure of lands for the purpose of settlement, demolishing homes and installations, and violations in occupied Jerusalem.

He called on the international community, regional and international organizations, unions and parliaments to the necessity of immediate action to provide protection for the Palestinian people and stop the continuous violations committed by the occupation daily against them.

The President of the Arab Parliament expressed his hope that the report will contribute to defending the rights of the Palestinian people, and that it will be a tool that can be used before the whole world to monitor and document these crimes and violations and demand accountability for the perpetrators of these heinous crimes.
