An-Najah News - The Secretary of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), Saeb Erekat, confirmed today, Monday, the absolute rejection of the Israeli government's plan to stop the UNRWA's operations in East Jerusalem, stressing the need to continue to assume its responsibilities towards the Palestinian refugees.

Erekat briefed the Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees, “UNRWA” Philip Lazarini, on the efforts of President Mahmoud Abbas and his contacts with donor countries to shoulder their responsibilities towards filling the Agency's financial deficit.
