An-Najah News - The US Court of Appeals in Washington dropped a 900$ million case against the PLO and the Palestinian National Authority.

The Ministry of Finance said in a press release today, Sunday, that the aforementioned court rejected the appeal submitted by right-wing groups in the "Shatsky" case against the organization and the authority since 2004.

And considered that this is a new achievement recorded for Palestine at the international level, and was done by the efforts of the team of lawyers accredited in Washington by the Ministry of Finance.

The "Shatsky" case is one of the cases brought against Palestine in the American courts, according to which the authority and the organization are accused of responsibility for the killing and wounding of citizens of both US and Israeli citizenship.
