An-Najah News - The Palestinian Minister of Health, Dr. Mai Al-Kailah, announced that the Corona pandemic in Palestine is under full control, noting that the number of infections has stabilized at 501.

In an interview with the official “Voice of Palestine” Radio, Al-Kailah said today, Wednesday, that all epidemiological monitoring procedures related to quarantine and treatment are being followed in all areas under Palestinian control, especially in occupied Jerusalem.

Al-Kailah added that the ministry and the competent authorities are heading to conduct an epidemiological survey of the areas adjacent to the apartheid wall and official and unofficial crossing points, indicating that 3,000 tests were made of 5,000 from Jenin to Thahrya.

Al-Kailah indicated that a step-by-step approach will be followed, the epidemiological situation and the extent of citizens ‘commitment to procedures will be evaluated, and then a meeting will be held with the Epidemiological and Crisis Committee to raise its recommendations to the Palestinian Prime Minister, Dr. Muhammad Shtayyeh, to make a decision concerning the situation.
