An-Najah News - Ramallah - The Palestinian Prime Minister, Dr. Mohammad Shtayyeh, announced today that there are no new coronavirus cases in Palestine in the last 24 hours, which keeps the total number of coronavirus cases in Palestine 495.

The Prime Minister has stated in a press conference today that the government will support the small and medium-sized enterprises with 300 million USD and he furtherly asks shops owners to reduce 30% of the rent.

Additionally, the Prime Minister confirmed that the government is currently working on brining 1600 Palestinians back from Jordan, in cooperation with Jordan.

“We have passed the general quarantine that was imposed on the country to quarantining only the infected people and people who were in contact with them, while maintaining the preventive measures in all governorates,” Shtayyeh said today with stressing on the importance of keeping the measures taken as they are in some facilities like in universities, schools and kindergartens.
