Maan - An-Najah News - The Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, on Sunday evening, renewed his ambitions to annex the Jordan Valley and settlements in the West Bank.
Netanyahu expressed his conviction that the plan to annex the Jordan Valley and Israeli settlements in the occupied West Bank under Israel’s “sovereignty”, and the application of Israeli law therein could be implemented in the coming months.
Netanyahu said he was “convinced that the promise of US President Donald Trump to annex areas of the occupied West Bank to Israel's “sovereignty” will be respected.”
Netanyahu made the remarks during a video broadcast to an evangelical audience, on the occasion of the centenary of the San Remo conference, which was held with the participation of the colonial countries that emerged victorious from the First World War, to divide the Middle East region and promote the “Balfour Declaration”.
