An-Najah News - Jerusalem - The Minister of Justice, Dr. Muhammad Shalaldeh, said that the right to health is guaranteed by international law, stressing that the occupation authorities bear full responsibility for the Palestinians health care, as the occupying power, in accordance with the Fourth Geneva Conventions, especially in Jerusalem.

He furtherly stressed that the occupation is committing a crime in Jerusalem by distinguishing in providing health care between Jerusalemites and the Israelis.

Al-Shalaldeh also said that the willful medical negligence of the occupation authorities will be raised against Jerusalemites at the international level.

He stressed that the occupation authorities' deliberate medical neglect, by not providing health care to Jerusalemites, amounts to a war crime.
