An-Najah News - Hebron - A number of Palestinian people were suffocated due to the tear-gas bombs thrown by the Israeli forces, and some got bitten by the Israeli forces' dogs, on Thursday, during clashes with the Israeli forces and settlers in Al-shuyukh town, to the south-east of Hebron in the West Bank.

Ahmad Al-Halayqah, a media activist, said that the confrontations erupted in the areas "Sha'ab At-Tina" and "Al-Majalis" between the citizens of these two areas and the Israeli settlers of the settlement "Al-A'sfar", which is built on the lands of Sa'eer and Al-shuyukh towns, under the protection of the Israeli forces who threw tear-gas bombs on the citizens.

According to Halayqah, the purpose of this attack was to force the residents of these two areas to leave and take their lands in order to expand the settlement.
