An-Najah News - Hebron - The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) closed the Ibrahimi Mosque at dawn today, and prevented guards from entering without justification, while only allowing the muezzin to enter for the call to prayer.
The Ministry of Endowments confirmed that the closure of the Ibrahimi Mosque by the Israeli occupation to its employees is an attempt to fully control it, in a move that may continue until after the end of the crisis.
The Ministry of Endowments called on the international community to work to prevent the Israeli occupation from implementing its plans at converting the Ibrahimi Mosque to a Jewish synagogue.
