An-Najah News - The transitional Supreme Judicial Council of Palestine asserts that Regular courts will be open until 15^th of April, 2020.

The courts will be limited to considering arrest decisions, requests for release, requests to recover confinement orders in executive cases, and considering issuing decisions on crimes committed that violate the state of emergency provisions.

The Transitional Supreme Judicial Council clarified, in a press statement today, Monday, that during the period of compulsory home quarantine, judges can move freely depending on the exigencies of work, provided that they join the courts in accordance with the rotations system each in his province, and based on the previous circulars and decisions in this regard.
