An-Najah News - Ramallah – The Palestinian police detained 16 civilians for leaving their houses without any justification and by this they have violated the instructions, in Ramallah.

The seized civilians will be referred to the Public Prosecution in order to take all legal measures against them according to the law during the state of emergency.
