You are invited to apply for a full-time Research Assistant as part of the “Young People’s ‎Experience of House Demolition in the West Bank” project. You will be responsible for ‎preparing policy papers and briefs, analyzing data and drawing conclusions, preparing progress ‎reports for the project, and attending project meetings. The principal investigators are ‎Northumbria University.‎

The aim of this project is to understand the kinds of agencies that emerge through ‎young ‎Palestinians’ ‎experiences of demolitions and how this impacts their ‎capacities to cope with ‎violence, maintain dignity ‎and build sustainable development ‎for Palestinians.‎

You should have a Master's degree in psychology or human rights, full professional proficiency in ‎English, and excellent knowledge in writing policy papers, briefs, and reports. Having excellent ‎skills in analysis, research, and communication is highly desirable and a minimum of three years ‎of work experience related to the field of research is also favorable.‎
