An-Najah News - Nablus - Global Health warns against believing that holding your breath for 10 seconds or more without coughing or feeling uncomfortable means that a person is not infected with the coronavirus.

The organization wrote on its Facebook page: "The ability to holding your breath for 10 seconds or more without a cough or a feeling of discomfort does not mean not to be infected with corona virus or lung disease."

The organization stressed that the best way to check if you are infected with the corona virus is a laboratory examination, noting at the same time that holding breath may be dangerous for some vital organs in the body.

The World Health Organization explained that the most prominent symptoms associated with infection with the corona virus are dry cough, fever and a feeling of fatigue, and in some critical cases the patient can show other symptoms, including shortness of breath.
