An-Najah News - The World Health Organization (WHO) published on its Facebook account advice in various languages ​​for those who are subject to quarantine in order to maintain their physical fitness while staying at home.

The organization asked adults to do physical activity for at least half an hour a day while they are at home.

As for children, the WHO has recommended that they engage in at least one hour of household activity, possibly with the participation of family members.

The organization said in a blog post on its Facebook account: "If you are committed to keeping yourself from corona virus, it is necessary to do physical activity every day whenever you can."
