A Nigerian fisherman has posted photos of a "Blue Marlin" fish, worth 2.6 million dollars, that was caught and eaten with his friends.

The young man, whose name has not been revealed, caught the rare, expensive fish in the Andonian region, apparently he did not know its value.

And according to what was reported by "CNBC", the price of one pound of the fish is about 32 thousand dollars.

This category of fish is not intended for human consumption due to the high amount of mercury in its meat, but it is served raw in Japan.

These fish are widely spread in tropical oceans, and fishers accept them due to their large size, fighting ability, and great resistance.
