An-Najah News - The Israeli Occupation Prisons Authority announced that 25 Palestinian prisoners in the Negev Desert Prison had been infected with the Coronavirus, during examinations conducted in the last 24 hours.

It said in a statement, "It was confirmed that 25 prisoners were infected with the Coronavirus from inmates of the same department, and all of them did not show any symptoms and are in good condition."

According to the statement, the new infected prisoners were transferred to quarantine according to instructions issued by the Israeli Ministry of Health. Samples were taken from all prisoners in the section, and samples were taken from all prison prisoners later.
