An-Najah News - Nablus - A shocking number of cases of COVID-19 was registered this morning which brings the total number to 2698, according to Minister of Health, Mai al-Kaileh.

She said: 255 cases were confirmed in West Bank governorates, distributed as following: 181 in Hebron governorate, south of the West Bank, 53 in Jerusalem, 5 in Bethlehem, 11 in Nablus, 1 in Tulkarem, 2 in Jericho and 2 in Ramallah.

The Health Minister said the latest figures raises the total number confirmed since the outbreak of the pandemic in Palestine to 2698, of which 2065 are still active, 625 recovered and 13 patients were moved to the intensive care, and 3 cases are attached to respirators as they are in a critical condition.
