An-Najah News - Agencies - The latest global statistics on the corona pandemic highlighted that the virus has recorded 113,312 deaths as of Sunday evening in the countries of the world, while the number of declared infections has increased to reach about one million and 838 thousand people, of whom 422 thousand patients have recovered.

The corona pandemic continues to spread harshly in 210 countries, territories and regions around the world, during which the last 24 hours have caused 4,533 deaths, the United States of America recorded the largest part of it, today it announced 1,090 deaths, bringing the number of deaths to 21,667 people, America recorded the highest number of deaths and infections, whose infections reached 550,699 people.

Italy is ranked second in the world in terms of the number of deaths with a total of 19,899, while the death toll has reached 156,363 infections.

Spain ranked third, recording a death toll of 16,972 people, including 366 today, and a total of 166,019 people were infected, outperforming Italy by 10,000. It is followed by France in fourth place with 14,393 deaths and 132,591 infections, and then Britain comes in fifth place with a death toll of 10,612 and 84,279 infections so far.

On the Arab countries level, 15 countries announced today, Sunday, the death of 56 people affected by the infection of the new Corona virus, and the discovery of 1,702 confirmed new infections.

Statistics showed that 9 Arab countries announced today new deaths from the Corona virus: Algeria, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Iraq, Qatar, Sultanate of Oman, Tunisia and the UAE, while the rest of the countries recorded new confirmed infections.
