Agencies - Health authorities in the Russian capital revealed that there are 17 children in Moscow among the new patients infected with coronavirus.

The headquarters for control and monitoring of the situation related to coronavirus in Moscow said that 17 children had been confirmed to have contracted the coronavirus in Moscow during the past 24 hours.

“All patients, as well as those with who they are in close contact, are already under medical supervision," the headquarters added.

On Monday, Russia revealed 302 new cases of coronavirus, bringing the total to 1,836 cases in 71 regions of the country.

Moscow Mayor, Sergey Sobyanin, announced that as of 30^th of March, a system of self-health isolation had been introduced for all residents regardless of their age in the capital, and he promised to tighten the application of self-isolation.
