After his advisor for the Knesset and ultra-orthodox affairs, Rivka Paluch, was diagnosed with the virus, Netanyahu is expected to do the test.
Sources in Netanyahu's office said, according to the "48" Arabs website, that measures will be taken according to the instructions of the Israeli Ministry of Health.
Especially that Paluch was in close proximity to Netanyahu, ministers, and government advisors in recent days.
Paluch underwent coronavirus examination after her husband was diagnosed with the virus, and was hospitalized in a slight condition, at the end of last week.
Israeli media reported that tension prevailed in Netanyahu's office while awaiting the results of Paluch’s test, due to her presence near Netanyahu and a number of ministers recently.
The number of cases of coronavirus in Israel is 4,247, of whom 66 are in serious condition.
This is according to the latest statistics published by the Israeli Ministry of Health yesterday. As of yesterday, 15 people had died of the virus, all of whom were elderly and who also suffered from chronic diseases.
