Nablus –Abass Zaki, a member of the Central Committee of FATEH, and commissioner for Arab – China relations, announced today that People’s Republic of China will launch an initiative to aid Palestine with medical assistance in order to help them face the spread of coronavirus.
“The Palestinian Prime Minister, Mohammad Shtayyeh will create a committee in cooperation with the Health Minister, Mai AL-Kileh, to follow up on this initiative with China,” Zaki said in an interview with An Najah News.
The Chinese Communist Party has confirmed that they will offer all the help that Palestine needs, he added.
Zaki thanked the People’s Republic of China for its initiative and the services it offers to the Palestinian people.
He also praised the actions and procedures that the Palestinian government has taken in order to stop the spread of coronavirus. He said that: “we are not in need of doctors or hospitals because the number of coronavirus cases in Palestine is limited in comparison to the other countries, and that by itself is a triumph for our country, and we hope that we will overcome this crisis.”
