About two thousand deaths corona in the United States within 24 hours

About 2,000 people have died due to corona virus in the United States during the past 24 hours, in the highest daily toll recorded by a country in the world since the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic, according to data published by Johns Hopkins University.

University data, which is a reference in tracking COVID-19 infections and deaths, showed that in the United States in the last twenty-four hours, 1939 people were infected with the virus, bringing the total number of deaths caused by the pandemic in this country to 12,722 deaths out of 396,233 thousand cases of infection.

In the past 24 hours, the United States has recorded 29,609 infections.

Russia: 7497 infections and 58 deaths.

China: 62 new infections.                        

Italy:  3939 new infections and 604 deaths.
