An-Najah News - Bethlehem - Today, Sunday, the Israeli occupation forces and settlers prevented farmers in the town of Taqqou ', southeast of Bethlehem, from accessing their lands.

The Director of Taqqou 'Municipality, Tayseer Abu Mufreh, said that the occupation soldiers and a group of settlers, intercepted a number of farmers in Taqu' and prevented them from reaching their lands in the "Qinan Sfeir" area in order to stop them from planting their land for the new agricultural season.

It is noteworthy that the occupation forces and settlers escalated the past weeks their violations in Bethlehem governorate, by chasing farmers and preventing them from reaching their lands, and cutting hundreds of olive and grapevine trees.
