An-Najah News - An-Najah News - Nablus - The Palestinian Prisoners' Society asked the World Health Organization and the International Committee of the Red Cross to follow up the health status of 9 prisoners, who were put in quarantine by the Ofer prison administration who were in contact with the released prisoner, Nour Sarsour, who tested positive for having COVID-19.
The Palestinian Prisoners' Society said that this decision followed the hunger strike that the prisoners of section 14 started yesterday on Wednesday, April 1, to protest the procrastination of the prison administration on taking samples from the prisoners to test.
The PPS added that the administration of Ofer pledged to take samples from the prisoners to test on next Sunday.
