An-Najah News - UNRWA said in a statment  due to the current conditions and for the people’s safety it has decided to temporarily suspend the distribution of food aid this announcment came after the  appearance of coronavirus in Gaza since 1.4 million people in Gaza  depend on UNRWA aid.

UNRWA stated that it would arrange other places to distribute the baskets in an orderly and safer manner through other distribution points.
according to the statment the new places will include school and  people will inform residents of the new dates at a later time.
