An-Najah News - An-Najah News – a psychologist, Eyad Abu Baker, confirmed the importance of the psychological part in facing the pandemic that has been spreading around the world.

“Of course, from a psychological point of view, I understand people’s reaction, because indeed, we are living a crisis. So, it is normal that people get psychologically affected”, he added.

He continued, “Many thoughts start appearing in people’s minds, like the fear of being put in quarantine.”

“Many of us cannot control negative thoughts and its negative effect, and this is all of course due to the psychological pressure they are experiencing due to this crisis,” Eyad added.

He ended the interview by stating that “our national responsibility requires us to adhere to the instructions that are issued by the competent authorities, without recklessness, in order to protect ourselves and our families, because if an outbreak happens, we will not be able to control it.”
