An-Najah News - The Minister of Health, Dr.Mai Al-Kaila warned about the Brazilian and Indian variants of Covid-19 to reach Palestine, asking all people to commit to prevention measures.

The Minister of Health said that the decrease in the number of deaths and hospital capicity rate to 48% indicates that the present period is better than the previous one, confirming that things are getting better.

She pointed out that the total percentage of vaccinated people reached to 12%, affirming that after vaccinating health workers and the elderly, we have started vaccinating other groups of citizen.

The Minister of Health clarified that they are waiting half million doses of Sputink Vaccine purchased from the government budget, and they will arrive this month in batches.

Dr. Al-Kaila stated that there are positive indications that by this evening they will agree with the Medical Syndicate to end the strike.
