An-Najah News - The latest announced global statistics on Coronavirus pandemic, until Tuesday morning, showed that the number of deaths due to infection with the virus reached more than one million and 953 thousand deaths, while the number of infected people exceeded 91 million and 328 thousand cases, of whom more than 65 million and 334 thousand recovered cases.

The Corona pandemic continues to spread in 218 countries and regions around the world, and the countries of the world recorded, on Monday, a slight decrease compared to the previous day, in the number of new infected cases, and deaths number. 578 thousand and 421 new infections and 9,212 death cases were recorded during the last 24 hours.  

Statistics showed that the five countries that recorded the highest death toll in one day around the world, on Monday were, respectively, US (1,964 deaths), Germany (663 deaths), UK (529 deaths), Mexico (502 deaths), Brazil (477 deaths). Germany and Uk exceeds Mexico in death numbers.

The data showed that the five countries that recorded the highest number of new infected cases in the world yesterday were as the following, US 214,683, UK 46,169 injuries, Brazil 28,043, Spain 24,631, and Russia 23,315.

US is still leading the world in terms of the highest death toll and the number of total cases. Statistics indicated that the five countries that are, as of Tuesday morning, the most affected by the pandemic in the world in terms of the total death toll, are: US 385,249, and Brazil 203,617, India 151,364, Mexico 134,368, and UK (81,960 deaths).
