An-Najah News - Hussein al-Sheikh, Palestinian Civil Affairs Minister, said Wednesday that the Israeli government has transferred over $1 billion (over 3 Billion shekel) of clearance fund dues to the Palestinian Authority’s account.

“The Israeli government transfers all financial dues of the clearance to the account of the Palestinian Authority, amounting to three billion and 768 million shekels,” al-Sheikh announced in a tweet, adding that transferring the clearance funds was the outcome of intensive dialogue and discussion with the relevant Palestinian authorities.
