The weather tonight is partially cloudy to clear and relatively cold. 

A slight chance of scattered rain showers is expected in some districts from noon.
 Winds are northwesterly to northeasterly and light to moderate. Sea waves are low.

Thursday weather is clear to partly cloudy and relatively cold, particularly in mountainous districts.
