An-Najah News - Minister of Health Mai Alkaila warned from the escalation in the number of the new infected cases in the Gaza strip mentioning that 453 new coronavirus cases were recorded in the last 24 hours, the largest number since the outbreak of the pandemic in Palestine in March, while the West Bank recorded 383 new cases and seven deaths.

Alkaila said today in her daily coronavirus report in Palestine that 297 patients in the West Bank and 310 in the Gaza Strip have recovered.

In the West Bank, Nablus district remains with the highest number of new cases where 115 have tested positive, followed by Bethlehem with 60 cases, Hebron district 43, and Ramallah had 42 new cases while 126 recoveries.

Night time closure was announced in Nablus from Monday to Saturday in a try to lower the growing in the corona cases new numbers.
