An-Najah News - According to the Palestinian Prisoner Society Israeli occupation forces today detained 12 Palestinians, including a woman journalist.

The journalist Bushra Tawil was detained at a flying military checkpoint near the illegal settlement of Yitzhar.
 Tawil, a former prisoner who was released only three months ago from Israeli jails.

Tawil,  was in a car with relatives and children when the car she was in was stopped at the military checkpoint and held for several hours.

In Hebron in the south of the West Bank, the Israeli occupation army detained four Palestinians, including two brothers, 28 and 29 years old, from al-Zughayar family.

An-Najah News - Hundreds of people, including officials, attended the funeral of Palestine Liberation Organization official Saeb Erekat Erekat, who died yesterday after contracting coronavirus last month in his Jericho hometown today.

The funeral included family members, officials, and the general public waited at Erekat’s home in Jericho.

His funeral was taken to Ramallah, where President Mahmoud Abbas, Prime Minister Mohammad Shtayyeh, as well as PLO and government officials bid him farewell.

Erekat was then buried in an official ceremony at Jericho cemetery.
