Nablus - An-Najah News - An-Najah National University in cooperation with its media center had launched a special media Campaign Concurrently with the new school year without obstacles because of the coronavirus outbreak.
The campaign focuses on the awareness aspect of students, their families, and teaching staff.
Najah News Agency's reporter has assured that the preparations and precaution measures had been followed by the schools, to ensure the safety of students and the continuation of the study.
Ihab Shoukry, Director of school health in the education ministry, assured in an interview with "Najah News", that the preparations for students return to schools had already started a long time ago, indicating that schools are ready to receive students and start studying.
He said: " We took all the preparations and train all the medical and teaching staff".
Shoukry stressed out that the school will check the students and teaching staff before entering the schools.
However, Hajjah Rashda al Masri School's director assured that they had prepared and sterilized the school before students return.
She pointed out that they divided school classes into small divisions, and they distributed emergency plan for teaching staff to follow up on students' health situation.
Nurhan Al_masri, director of public relations in the media center of Najah National University, stated that media centers have an important role in spreading public awareness about coronavirus in society.
Also, she revealed that the Safely Back to School campaign had been implemented in coordination with the competent authorities and institutions like the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education, and many partner institutions.
It is noteworthy to mention that An-Najah National University Media Center launched the Safely Back to School campaign as a part of its responsibilities toward Palestinian society during the coronavirus pandemic.
